We help small businesses and entrepreneurs grow their organizations by managing the details and directing projects.

So you can focus
on your success.

Hi, I’m Asya.

Asya began her life as a classical violist. She credits this training for developing her exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

After graduating from Oberlin, Asya pivoted to her passion for working with people and food. She spent years managing and operating food and hospitality companies. She thrived on creating systems and procedures that removed operational obstacles, and designed strategies to increase efficiencies and business revenue.

Prior to starting IPM, Asya managed projects and operations for specialty food brand Rick’s Picks. During this time she launched an organic private label product line; directed certification for organic and non-gmo products; and oversaw the detailed complexities of regulatory compliance with the FDA, USDA, vendors, and clients including Amazon, Whole Foods Market, Shake Shack and Walmart.

Asya has worn many hats, which enables her to understand the myriad areas crucial for business success. This coupled with her inherently organized mindset allows her to quickly identify and remedy operational gaps impeding business efficiency.

Asya's current and past client list includes Norwegian food brand Broken Taco, Maya Kaimal Foods, 501(c)(3) Khuba International, MWBE-Certified Planet Kidizen and Dosa Kitchen. She also works on the Finance Team for the Project Management Institute’s NYC Chapter.

Asya has her CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification and is eagerly preparing for Scrum certification.
